Bulk Email Sender
You can use our bulk email sender to conveniently compose your newsletter
in professional-looking HTML format (or import it if it has already been
written) and send it to your opt-in mailing list.
How it works:
- Get subscribers.
We help you get subscribers for your
newsletter with the following mechanisms:
- Compose and send your newsletter.
You can use our user-friendly system to compose your newsletter in
HTML format as well as easily send it to your subscribers.
- Either, create a great-looking newsletter by choosing one of our
templates:
- Or, start from a blank page and use our built-in HTML Editor to
compose your newsletter in HTML format:
- Or, if you've already composed your newsletter in another program,
simply email it to a special address and it will automatically be
imported into our system. You can then edit it further, if necessary,
and send it with the click of a button.
- Other features:
- Double opt-in sign-up. This means that it is impossible for
someone to subscribe to a newsletter through our system with an
invalid email address. All email addresses are validated to ensure
we can reach the subscriber. This eliminates errors and wasted expense.
The double opt-in sign-up also ensures that no-one can get subscribed
to a newsletter accidentally. That means that there can be no dispute
about whether someone gave permission to receive the newsletter.
- We also record the date and time when the person subscribed as well as
the IP address that the person used when they subscribed. Should a
legal dispute arise with the subscriber about whether they really
gave permission, the IP address makes it possible for a court to
instruct the subscriber's Internet Service Provider to release the
name of the person who used the Internet with that IP address at that
time. This enables us to prove that the person gave permission.
- We automatically include unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of
each email sent. All unsubscribe requests are validated and recorded
in our system, so that you don't have to worry about it - each time
that you want to send your newsletter, the people who unsubscribed
will be automatically excluded.
- We automatically retry the sending of emails that failed
temporarily. Due to our double opt-in sign-up, all the email
addresses in our system are valid, but sometimes there are temporary
problems. For example, someone's mailbox might get full. We'll keep
retrying to send your newsletter until it goes through.
- We ensure that your emails go past spam filters. Some spam filters
are hyper-sensitive and throw out legitimate emails as well. We catch
all these failed messages and contact the recipients' Internet
Service Providers to get them to allow the emails to go through.
Since all the emails for all our clients are sent from one address
(mailer@noteworthynewsletters.com) it makes it much easier
for us to get ISPs to "white list" this one address and allow all
our emails to go through.
- Newsletters are sent immediately to new subscribers. The moment that
a new subscriber has subscribed to your newsletter (and after their
email address has been validated), your current edition of the
newsletter (if one exists) is sent to them. This helps them remember
that they asked to receive your newsletter and gives them something
to read immediately, because they are probably looking forward to
receiving it after subscribing.
- You can use mail merge. When you compose your newsletter on our
system, you can personalize the email by including the subscriber's
first name or other data in the text of your newsletter. For example,
the body of your newsletter could start with "Hi John", etc. This
catches the reader's attention immediately and ensures that they
recognize that your email is not spam. It is easy to do this - you
just include special text, like
{v:First Name} in the
body of your newsletter and it will automatically be replaced by
the subscriber's first name at the moment of sending.
- Download your data. For the subscribers whose data you own (the
transferred or invited subscribers, not the subscribers that we found
for you), you can download the data at any time in csv format. You
can also download the data of people who unsubscribed, so that you
know who to remove from your system.
